During 2010 and 2011 Sligo County Community Forum have been involved with the Sligo Peace and Reconciliation Partnership Committee to deliver a number of projects.

Since early 2011 Sligo County Community Forum have been leading a research project, in partnership with the Sligo Peace and Reconciliation Partnership Committee, to explore the issues of sectarianims and racism in County Sligo.  This research will be taking place between January 2011 and April 2011.

Following the Research Project, the findings were launched  “Towards Integration in Sligo” which explore the issues of sectarianim and racism in County Sligo.

During 2010 Sligo County Community Forum delivered a ‘Diversity Training’ Project.  An evaluation of this project is available on our publications page.

These  Projects have been  supported by EU’s PEACE III Programme managed for the Special EU Programmes Body by Sligo County Council on behalf of Sligo Peace & Reconciliation Partnership Committee
